MaMA ANALYTICSMAMA (Monitoring & Management Application) provides real-time reports that keep you informed as to the status of your network. Proactively monitor your entire network and even the status of multi-vendor IP edge devices. - HQ view of portfolio – HQ personnel have secure access to the SIMS HSIA Gateway at each location, enabling the ability to view the status and health of the IP network infrastruture, any disconnected devices, the configuration of the system, active users on the system, as well as the ability to disconnect any user. In addition, the MAMA web portal view provides a snapshot screen showing the system health and any associated CPE alarms for each property. - Traffic Summary Statistics - the level of the guest Internet traffic on the network. Traffic summaries can be segmented by number of unique or total users, number of unique or total sessions, bandwidth used and duration of the session. Traffic summaries can also be segmented on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. - Customer Support Summaries - how many minutes spent on support tickets, tracking of support calls. MAMA can even provide segmented reporting as to whether a trouble-ticket opened is software related or hardware related - drilling down further to the cause of the open ticket (e.g., switch, router, cabling, CPE, device, etc.) - Billing Summaries - generate reports based on revenue per property either cumulative or segmented by service (HSIA as well as other IP-based applications). - Open Ticket Reporting - generate reports to maintain visibility over the number of tickets that have been opened at your property (or any group of properties) by the help desk. MAMA also generates reports that can be segmented daily, weekly and monthly. In addition, MAMA provides the help desk with an additional layer of intelligence about peak hours for scheduling and forecasting purposes.
